Not sure if this is still the same owner (that’s why 2 stars instead of one). But the one time I consigned clothes here, I was told about 1/2 my items didn’t sell. They said they don’t return the clothes, rather they donate them. I wasn’t told this ahead of time.
Also, I saw a “friend” of mine wearing some of the items I was told didn’t sell. I know she bought them at Rags to Riches because she told me so. They were unique items, they were also in the same size, level of wear, etc. as the ones I consigned. Really dishonest.
