Dan and his team did an estate sale 2 weeks ago of my beloved deceased husband's hobbies that included woodworking equipment, photography cameras, musical instruments, books, etc. Dan and his team spent hours sorting, packaging, and pricing hundreds of items. From their advertising, hundreds of people came and 60% was gone with a one day garage sale from 9-4.
Highly recommend Yearound Estate Sales for their outstanding, professional service. From the beginning, courteous, helpful, and clear communication was terrific. Couldn't be more pleased with Yearound Estate Sales.

Dan was wonderful to work with, explaining the whole estate sale process clearly and answering all my questions. The contract I signed was written in plain English and easy to understand. The sale was conducted in a timely manner, and when it was over the house was empty and clean. Throughout the entire process I was treated with dignity and respect. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We hired Dan to have our estate sale when we downsized our home in prep of retiring and traveling. Best decision ever! Dan is professional, prompt, and very easy to work with. He took a huge burden off our shoulders. In years past, I have held my own garage sales and i know how much work is involved. He completely cleaned out the house after the sale, he went above and beyond our expectations. highly recommended.

Dan is extremely professional, personable and detail-oriented. He and his staff worked tirelessly to clean, sort and effectively display my father's large estate. The sale proceeds were beyond my expectations and everything was documented and presented in an above-board fashion. Dan was always available for questions and I can't thank him enough for all his assistance. Dan is trustworthy and works with integrity. I would highly recommend him to others looking to liquefy estates.

We hired Dan at yearound Estate Sales after my Mother-in-law passed away. It was a large sale and we were dreading it. Dan was the the best decision we could have made. Both he and his employees were friendly and easy to work with. They handled everything, the set up and display, pricing, advertising, the sale itself and clearing out any unsold items to appropriate donations. They vacuumed the house and left it clean and empty. We would most definitely turn to Dan again should arise.
