4 stars for the guys working for Rich. Sadly, the owner (Rich) is awful to try to work with. Rich is all over the place, promising he will get the job done. Unfortunately, Rich is chasing down "big jobs" or "jobs that have to go out quickly" to actually do the single items the average person needs done. My dresser was in his shop for 16 months. Yep, 16. I had fully paid for the work and the guys working for Rich did a great job. Part of the job involved painting the decorative carving. Rich knew this, we'd discussed the colors and Rich had done some of the painting. Unfortunately, other jobs continually bumped mine and the dresser had been exposed to heat and cold due to being in his shop for 16 months. My dresser had to be redone. I was promised multiple dates it would be done but there was always some excuse. Rich then stated painting was going to have to be extra as that was not part of the agreed restoration. This AFTER I had paid in full AND Rich had done some of the painting. Rich had also promised to contact me to look at the work after he'd used the correct colors. When I told him he had not called me, I was basically called a liar. Again, the guys working for him were great. Rich has no customer service awareness or concern. This is not the 1st complaint Rich has had about his behavior. Let it be a warning to anyone else. I finally had to have someone else do the work-at a lower cost who encouraged me to contact them if I had any concerns if the dresser got scratched or damage in the future. It also took @ 6 weeks.
