I had the worst experience of my life at one of this guys estate sales. “Attic Estate Sales”
My whole family is still in shock at how it was ran and how we were treated. I have been going to sales for over 20 years and have never seen such a nightmare. Where do I begin? The first day we are shopping in the “kids room” noticed a worker? Milling around saying those totes are mine!! Don’t touch them! (WHY are they even in that room?) My daughter was in line ahead of me. When I checked out the guy Terry was SO RUDE. Wow guy I am here supporting you remember? Not friendly at all giving attitude about prices as if I work there and should know? I asked and was told that the next day everything would be open to offers/discounted. The coldness of this man sitting there not doing anything but mean mugging everybody was shocking! I talked to my daughter in the car and she said mom that guy was so mean! So it wasn’t just me he was treating coldly. He berated her about the prices of clothing asking her how much they were, she said she didn’t know and he went back and forth about the price being on the table, until he finally threw out a number angrily!
I unfortunately went back the next day, we went back for more kids clothes that I was told the day prior would be on sale. The same girl and her mother come in saying don’t touch the tote in the back under the table!! We didn’t! We spent over an hour bagging everything up, go to get help, takes them 10 minutes to even come talk to us then she says everything is on sale EXCEPT FOR THIS ROOM!! What?! Then she says we’re actually open tomorrow so no deals until then! I said the ad said through Saturday? Yeah we added a day!! The daughter then starts freaking out saying they touched my tote!! WOW. First of all WHY two days in a row would you leave items in a room that people are shopping in, wouldn’t a normal person take them to a safe place or their car? Very strange to leave them in a room to attack shoppers over it, almost felt intentional. I said we didn’t! Well I guuess there were TWO totes of hers LOL. UNREAL Then the price skyrocketed after that as if we purposely went through her tote. She then starts ripping everything apart like a lunatic. I should’ve left and not purchased anything. I will NEVER be lied too, gas lighted, treated like garbage when I am the customer. All of their behavior was appalling from the very beginning of the sale when a random customer was outside helping people “sign up’. These people are beyond shady! Just go take a look at them and experience it for yourself you will know exactly what I mean. I cannot believe anyone would trust this guy with their families possessions. I could say so much more! Absolutely appalling and the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life!
Stay far away from these people when it comes to your family!

My father in laws estate was quite extensive. The house and the property was full with much to sell. After the sale almost everything was sold and Tracy was very helpful in assisting us to completely clear the home of the remains. This allowed us to move forward and quickly list the house for sale.
Tracy and his caring team really came through for us. This was a difficult time for our family and our experience went so smoothly.
