Snotty attitude, definitely starting Monday mornings, especially if you are Caucasian, homeless, or both. Better in the afternoon ( you know, towards closing? ) and after Wednesday til Saturday. Less tense atmosphere, if you catch my drift?

I don't really know what to say about salvation army. I have called a couple times to see if I could get help with my electricity, because what I was going to be shut off and i' because I wasn't 65 and older. They did not help me because they only had funds for that age. So I am needing help with rent right now, and I don't know if I should call or if they will help me at all

These folks helped my son and I through a difficult period, and I'll never forget their kindness, patience, and warmth during this period. Its people and places like this that have restored my faith in the goodness of humanity.

Unreliable

Good social services, be patient. This is the type of place where you will get in line before it opens, to still not be able to receive help by the time it closes. If time is of any value to you, I recommend you go elsewhere. This doesn’t discredit the army, im just letting you know what you are getting into. If you get in line before the places close, most of the time you can still be accepted. Hope this helps. All respects to social services.
