I appreciated their careful attention to detail and in applying discernment on when to check in when we may have missed something. They provided invaluable contacts for those who may be interested in some of the items we no longer needed, that was extremely helpful. Lastly, these type of moves can be emotional and difficult in making decisions. They had the right amount of empathy and understanding, gently guiding us through the process.
