Received a call from them about an interest in working with an ELDERLY woman trying to have her house sold and items as well to pair down (my mother) and the man was not only rude when she explained her issues with photography and other minor things, he then in a tone said he wouldn't go out of his was (saying it costs 4$ a gallon to go see her property.) Very unprofessional and does not deserve anyone's time or business.

I interviewed 6 Estate Sale companies and Lynn of PDX was the most receptive and professional. She gave me an honest assessment and expectation of my father-in-law's estate. As I live in another state, we mostly communicated via email. 2 weeks before the scheduled sale, her team came and worked hard on transforming the house into a great showroom. They cleaned, tidied and arranged the contents of the whole house to make it inviting and enticing. I could see her team working hard thru the indoor security cameras. The 1st day of the sale, March 23, saw hundreds of people queuing for the event. My neighbors were so excited for me. Fantastic turnout! I could tell that Lynn did a great job marketing the event. After the sale, I was pleased at the amount of work her team put in to make sure the house was left clean. I was able to put the house up for sale without having to do any extra work indoors. The icing on the cake, the amount on the check I received was a pleasant surprise.
