Have used Hip for many purchases over the last 10 years, including sofas, chairs, and sleeper sofa. Service and selection are outstanding!! Quality of what they sell is wonderful and they are very competitive on price. And unlike the internet, you get to try actually sit on and feel the furniture. Recently, a moving company damaged a sofa I bought years ago from Hip. Hip spent a great deal of time locating and ordering the replacement piece all as part of their truly great service. (I also had a chair break years after I bought it and Hip went to bat with Natuzzi to get it fixed under warranty.) I love Hip. Outstanding small business.

John and Geoffrey were amazing!! They are super helpful and even took time to give me design ideas with other competing store products in mind. They have a keen eye, attention to detail and most importantly…patience. Oh, and the quality of the furniture speaks for itself. I highly recommend Hip Furniture and John and Geoffrey!

The folks at Hip nailed it, they expedited the shipping of a wonderful sleeper sofa that we absolutely love. It arrived in time for my guests and made the visit very comfortable for all. I love this piece, it’s super cozy, fits the room great and is versatile. A seamless buying experience at a good price, very content and would recommend Hip to anyone.

What an awesome store! It is appropriately named Hip, as the furniture it sells is very fresh and modern. Everything is top quality but what really inspired me to write this review is the service. I was greeted by Lauren within a minute or so. She was very friendly and helpful but never-ever did I feel any pressure. When I asked for additional help with fabrics and wood selections she did not assume the sale was in the bag. She gave me the information and the comfort to leave in order to contemplate my decision. I highly recommend this place.

We shopped at Hip several times in the fall of 2020 to get some furniture for a new house. We got very good service from John who was great about meeting us at the store (often on short notice) and assisted us in purchasing a recliner and a sectional. We had selected a sectional with specifications that were a little unusual. John called the factory after we placed the order and learned it was not possible to get it the way we ordered it. So, we started over and are looking forward to receiving the sectional soon. The recliner is fabulous and we hope the sectional will be just as great. We're pleased with the furniture and the service!
