I really cannot say enough good things about woking with Clay Edwards for a recent appraisal for our home. He spent well over an hour at our home measuring and documenting inside and out for his report. He was very professional and took time to answer our questions to explain the process.

We had a tight timeline to meet for the report which he met, actually sending his report to us a few days early. The report was comprehensive & detailed. Clay made the process very easy and stress free. I have already recommended him to a friend and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing an appraisal!

Clay with Scientific Valuation was able to provide a home appraisal and report in a timely manner. He was friendly and accommodating. His fee was much less than other local appraisers. We would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future.
