I was on my way to another furniture store when I decided to stop by Cort, I’m so glad I did. I found a beautiful and comfortable couch and chair set for a fair price. Jordan and his teammate were so kind and very helpful, they even helped me load the chair into my SUV. Cort is the place to go for quality furniture and excellent service!

Jordan was the best sales associate I’ve ever had the pleasure in doing business with. He was personable and knowledgeable. Most importantly, we felt extremely comfortable and at home - because of this, we will definitely be back, but only if Jordan is there :)

Update : Paul (manager) reached out to me and got the bed replaced within a day! The replacement bed frame is in fact new! Highly appreciate the customer care here, would definitely recommend them!

Bed frame broke within a month. Turns out they put a lot of bandaid fixes to keep the frame still. It’s falling apart now. I get that it’s used but it should not be falling apart structurally. Scam!

Jordan at the Beaverton store was amazing! He was very helpful and patient with our mother as she was trying to decide on some furniture. Even put items on hold while we went to measure some spaces at home. Thank you Jordon for all your help!

Today I decided I wanted to get a dresser! FB seemed like to much cat and mouse. So I went to CORT Outlet in Tigard. Wow Daniel greeted me right away! Asked me a few questions and showed me a dresser that was perfect for what I needed! He helped me get it into my suv. Great price! And yes I’m very happy! Thank you Daniel for your awesome customer service! I’ll be back!
