I have been renting from this property management company for a year now and I have to say they have been so awesome. I had a maintenance issue one time with my furnace and they sent someone out right away and replaced the whole unit. My point of contact has been Izzy and she is amazing. If I had an issue she was always available. I have even text her in the evening on a weekend and she replied immediately. She has been amazing. I highly recommend this company for your next home. You won't be disappointed. Izzy your the best. And the maintenance team as well. Love them all.

My brother hired Centurion to manage his properties. He passed away. They have been amazing at helping us with the transition. They do a great job of keeping track of income, expenses, maintenance, and keeping units occupied. They also deal with problem tenants. Thank you, Centurion!

Living here has been a wonderful experience for me. The residents are decent in communication and accommodating. The maintenance staff is friendly, efficient and personable in understanding. The manager Izzy is accountable, direct and willing to communicate. I enjoy living in these apartments.
