The appraiser had someone (wife/girlfriend) sitting in car the whole time. Seemed mad that the layout was not the same as county had last list 80+ years ago. Didn't want to see the other lots we owned said the broker just is interested in the house lot. Creeks and cabins and amazing land but didn't want to see. I had to send in pictures because he was in such a rush and didn't take the time. I offered to show him but he said not its just the house lot. Then I get text asking for the other lots because it's needed.? I paid over $1000 for this service. And under-valued the property and house.
