We were visiting a few different furniture stores today for ideas on a good couch for couples counseling sessions at our health clinic in Portland today. The team at Whats New was quick to help us narrow down our options quickly and we were able to drive away with a lovely new couch that fits all of our needs, for substantially less than any of the other big name options we were finding online. As a local business, it's important to support our neighbors and keep our economy thriving and today was an example of just that. Thanks to Julius and the rest of the team for a really pleasant experience.

wow we just came to browse, but ended buying two pieces of furniture. We were blown away by their incredible selection of furniture and their prices compared to the other furniture stores we visited (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn). I don’t think I’ve seen any furniture with this kind of quality at this price. Lydia and Julius were incredible helpful and answered our myriad of questions concerning the build of the furniture and its product specification. My favorite part of this entire process was being able to spring the Wheel of Furniture for the chance to win a FREE PIECE OF FURNITURE (unfortunately I did not hit the 16) This may be our new go-to spot for furniture!

I love my new custom Stanton chaise! It’s so adorable and comfy and just the right size for my apartment. Tori and Lydia helped me pick out the perfect piece. You can change the configuration and fabric on most of their sofas. The custom sofas also come with pillows that you can choose the fabric of. So cool! The delivery guys were also excellent—Super FAST, friendly and professional! A+ Team! Thank you What’s New!!

Also, the fabric I picked out for the chaise is called Badgley Pearl if anyone’s wondering ✨ I love it, it’s fuzzy and feels like a cozy blanket 🥰

What’s New Furniture is an absolute gem. If you’re tired of mass-produced pieces and looking for something truly unique, this is the place to go. The store is filled with an eclectic mix of styles, with many one-of-a-kind finds that you won’t see anywhere else.

The quality of the furniture is outstanding—solid construction, beautiful materials.

And I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. They’re happy to answer questions, offer design advice, or just let you explore at your own pace. Julius, in particular, was especially kind and attentive—he went out of his way to answer our questions and make sure we found exactly what we were looking for.

If I could give 10 stars to Liam and Julius at What's New Furniture, I would. Actually 100 stars!

My kid is leaving the nest: moving to a new town to take a great job. I'd transferred a lot of my anxiety about this transition onto the question of where they're going to SIT, and after hours of searching, I found a beautiful sofa sleeper in perfect condition on consignment on the What's New website. It felt perfect.

Today we went to the new town and found an apartment, so on our way home, I called and talked to Liam to find out if the sofa was still available. When he said it was, I said I might not make it back before they closed, and Liam offered to stay late so we could see the sofa. I didn't want to keep him, but Liam was so kind and welcoming that I took him up on his offer.

We arrived 10 minutes after the store closed, and Liam and Julius greeted us warmly, Liam showed us the sofa and invited us to take our time with our decision. I can't overstate the impact of Liam's kindness after the day we'd had. We bought the sofa (yay!), and What's New Furniture has so much beautiful, affordable furniture, rugs, and art—both new and consignment pieces—that we'll certainly be returning.

Thank you, Liam and Julius, for making both our day and this transition so much easier! Now I can stop relentlessly searching for sofas and start dealing with my feelings. You're the BEST!
