My first auction.. I go to pick up and am told sorry, we sold your items to someone else, because they posted it twice. I agreed to their online provisions, so if I didn’t pick up they would charge me for that, but no kind of consideration or compensation was offered, just “Sorry, what do you want me to do about it?” In a very derogatory attitude.

I highly recommend Jake and his crew at West End Auction. I had to close my business of 25 years and they handled liquidating all of the equipment in our 12,000 sg. ft. space. Jake came through on all timelines and relieved a lot of stress from an already stressful situation. He answered questions promptly and was very accommodating.

Settling the estate of a deceased loved one is uniquely wearying, especially when there are many hundreds of valuable items to process. Jake and Danny’s positive energy was an enormous help in the middle of such an experience for me. It was not merely their considerable physical and mental work, but also a high level of “psychic energy,” the very thing that settling a loved one’s estate drains in the survivors. I’ve never seen so many physical items get moved, photographed, and catalogued with such speed and efficiency. These guys do not fool around! Top notch operation, top notch people.

Great company! I found them because I needed to sell an estate after a family member in Eugene had passed away. Our family got what we wanted from the property and left the rest for them. Jake was a pleasure to do business with. He took care of everything! I just sat back and watched. The auction went great and ended up getting a big check for a lot more than I expected. I was so happy with the service, I started bidding on some auctions myself. West End Auction is a great place for treasure hunters.I find amazing deals on incredible stuff. I like to watch the different auctions because of the wide range of items they get, like Pokémon cards, antiques, coins, and much more. I even got surf lessons for my kids through a benefit auction they held! I like the bidding format that prevents last second bidders and gives everyone a fair shot. The shipping is fast and fair priced. I am in Southern California, everything I get is shipped. I heard with the bigger items they do pick up, but I have not used that service. Sorry for the long review, but I'm just really happy with the all around service I have received from them. Highly recommended!
