Kyle and his team came over to my mom‘s house who had passed away a year ago and cleared out Everything so professionally and kind I would recommend this company to anyone I give it 10 stars they’re very professional and nice and caring and that means a lot when you’re going through a family situation such as I went with my mother and my brother.

Organized, responsive, transparent and fair. Kyle is legit. He will give you an honest assessment and direct you to the right solution even if it is not with his company. I coordinated with Rose City 3 weeks in advance of clearing out our estate and the entire project came off on schedule and without any issues. Kyle was highly communicative and responsive during the entire process and accommodating during a stressful time for the family. Thank you!

Kyle is a kind, eclectic, knowledgable guy with an eye for great antiques and an encyclopedic knowledge of history.
I've been buying from him for years and have recommended many of my friends to him as well. Some of my most prized-possessions have been carefully curated by him. He's fair, kind, and the right guy for your estate sale.
I'm so glad that he's turned his vast knowledge and cool stuff into a business. I highly recommend him!

I’m not sure if I’ve ever been to a Rose City Estate Sale, I think today was my first!

Very impressed with how everything was handled. There were numerous people trying to cut in line or lie and Kyle was very on top of it and assertive. My name got incorrectly called (the L looked like a C) and I let Kyle know I thought that was me and he was very polite and helped me find my spot.

Prices are mid-high but 100% fair and realistic for the items I saw.

Despite it being a mad house and witnessing honestly some of the rudest people I’ve ever seen shopping an estate sale, these employees handled everything with poise and kindness. Can’t wait for my next sale with them!!!!

We recently met with Kyle with Rose City, he drove 90 miles to meet with us and although my MIL’s estate didn’t have a lot of valuables, Kyle generously shared his knowledge and guided us in the right direction. He would not accept payment for his invaluable service, we are forever grateful for his time and he is clearly very educated in estate liquidation and also has a true passion for this industry.
