Purchased item through auction. Called and was told “we’re open M-F 8-5”. Drove 2+ hours one way. Arrived at 10:30 AM and was told the person I needed to talk to wasn’t available. So I completed payment, completed paperwork, and still no communication. Not even a phone call from them. Poor communication, business practices. I feel like something shady is going on.

Hibid acution are great larry and his office girl are super nice great all around experience i will keep looking at all the great stuff.

They have extreme difficulty in following even the most basic of instructions. I've had to send 4 emails and now 3 phone calls to get the proper shipping address fixed and it still isn't. I had to make 2 calls and 3 emails just to get the payment updated. Rates are fine, items are cool but they have a hearing problem or something, just terrible CS

Update: I got the package, and was missing several items, it's a shame. I've seriously never had such trouble w/ an auction as this place, and i wouldn't encourage anyone else to waste their time here.

If I could give this less than one star I would.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I am a widow on a fixed income and he took total advantage of me. He has yet to pay me for the first auction and partially paid for the second only after I informed he would not be removing anymore of my belongings until he paid me.

He said the first check must have gotten lost and he would resend. He requested I get some help to load some of the items and then did not pay him!

He gave my number to someone who told me that Larry was not going to do anymore auctions for me and he wanted to pick up somethings he had paid Larry for.

He breached the contract he had with me on numerous occasions. He still has returned phone calls or emails from me. I am devastated. this experience has left me financially strapped while he profited from his deceit. I would recommend not using him ever!

I got a rare knife at a great price and they immediately sent an invoice, charged my card on file for the item plus USPS priority shipping and gave me a tracking number along with my receipt in a matter of hours! I highly recommend them!
