Scott Director’s Custom Upholstery & Accents is one of the few remaining stores selling high-quality furniture still made in this country. Scott offers outstanding customer service and makes every effort to understand your needs and how a particular piece will fit in your home. In addition, his business partner Carol offers expert advice on choosing fabrics and colors that will complement your space. They both provide such a superior and satisfying experience!

After shopping the major/trendy high end furniture stores in Portland, I went back to Scott Director's to buy new furniture for my living room. I previously purchased furniture from Scott in the late 90's and was pleased to find that he still offers the same quality, service and flexibility in creating/ordering custom, high quality furniture. I would definitely recommend his store, you get way more than you pay for!

I "found" Scott Director's furniture in 2007 when I moved to Oregon. It was described in an Oregonian article as specializing in apartment-sized good furniture. True and a true help to me over the years as I needed to downsize, fit, things into new surroundings. They are also very good to work with re: colors, etc. I highly recommend them.

When we entered the Director's Custom Furniture we were impressed with the quality of the furniture displayed. Also, we were shown a cut-a-way of the coil spring construction that is in all of the furniture. Their customer service is great! We felt we could trust them and we will go back if we need additional furniture.

Scott and Carol are experts in their field… and so pleasant to work with. Their furniture is the highest of quality and the fabrics they have to choose from are wide-ranging and beautiful! They know how to listen to your needs and suggest items to meet your goals, budget, and vision. I wish I had more furniture needs since I like to interact with Scott and Carol so much.
