Danny and Jesse were top notch and so helpful with a very unpleasant water leak. They were so careful to protect my home/interior. Everything was cleaned and treated to get rid of the contamination and they were in constant contact with me giving me updates regarding the progress. I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable they are. I highly recommend Oregon Restoration, they are the best!

Oregon Restoration was excellent from start to finish. Ricky was our first in-person contact when he came to give an estimate of work needed following a mold inspection we had done by another company. He was very thorough in his assessment of the whole project, including the garage, attic, and crawl space. He spent 2 1/2 hours in total, and didn’t shy away from spending considerable time in our very cramped attic and crawl space so that he could be as accurate as possible. He gave us a timeline for the work to be done, and it was also very accurate, with the only hiccup being that since the house was built in 1965 we had to have an asbestos inspection and then asbestos abatement before work could be started on the part that came back positive, which by law had to be done. All the workers on the project were very pleasant and thorough as well. Someone would politely call every morning to let us know their ETA. Ricky was always available to answer any questions we had, either by phone, email, or text. He even gave us advice on handling parts of the restoration that we planned to do ourselves. And even though Ricky was the project manager, he didn’t hesitate to do some of the work himself if his crew were occupied with other projects. He went above and beyond in all respects. Everyone in the company, in fact, were very friendly and knowledgeable and we felt that we were in good hands throughout. We would not hesitate to use Oregon Restoration again.

What a wonderful company! They knew exactly what was covered by my insurance company that would have been bare minimum to what this company was able to require my insurance to pay. When I say bare minimum I mean, bare minimum - the claim they wanted to approve was less than $8000. My claim, after it was all done and said, was over $100,000!!! I was beyond thankful I got what the insurance was required to cover. Thanks to Tiffani, my estimator, I got the right work done and covered by my insurance.

Bryce Smith was my project manager that was assigned for my repairs. I hope this review can also express how incredible he was. To begin, he set the expectations from the moment I started working with him how long I would be out of my home for my repairs, answered so many questions that I had as I’ve never gone through such expensive damage and repairs (never even had an insurance claim before), coordinated and scheduled the best of the best contractors for every repair I needed. Wow. Just one of the most incredible people I’ve ever had to the pleasure to work with, but on top of that, he had to experience my stress and anxiety and he handled it so exceptionally well. Due to the length of time I had to be out of my home, that really put me into a spin…. And he scheduled (and rescheduled) contractors until I was ready to start. His kindness, professionalism, willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, him being my advocate with contractors, all of it … he is one to be recon with and truly one of the best humans to ever cross my path. Thankful for his efforts and support. I could not have ended with such an amazing repair job without him.

Oregon Restoration did a great job with my home project. I had mold in the crawl space and attic. They throughly reviewed the plan and process to resolve the mold problem, isolated the areas and did a really nice job. The whole team was communicated clearly and kept me abreast of the project. When I had another business come in to encapsulate the crawl space they were very impressed with the quality of work that was done. They asked who did the mold remediation and took note of it with great compliments. I would definitely recommend Oregon Restoration for any further work.

We had a floor replacement project due to an unexpected plumbing incident and insurance claim, and our project manager Drew Dordan of Oregon Restoration went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, he and his entire team were incredibly professional, communicative, and proactive in solving multiple issues that came up along the way. Their attention to detail and ability to coordinate among all parties involved (contractors, insurance, and suppliers) truly made a difference, down to the last detail. I was particular, and thanks to their expertise and dedication, our new floors look fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
