Oregon Restoration did a great job with my home project. I had mold in the crawl space and attic. They throughly reviewed the plan and process to resolve the mold problem, isolated the areas and did a really nice job. The whole team was communicated clearly and kept me abreast of the project. When I had another business come in to encapsulate the crawl space they were very impressed with the quality of work that was done. They asked who did the mold remediation and took note of it with great compliments. I would definitely recommend Oregon Restoration for any further work.

Professional, courteous, communicative, excellent expectation management, and adhered well to schedule. Felt they were competent, thorough, and worth the money (which was pretty reasonable).
Issue: We had a potential water leak - baseboard was swelling and we needed to open the wall to understand what was happening.

Scoping: OR Restoration (Ricky L specifically) had a thorough quote, took the time to answer questions I had regarding scope, and was specific to opening the wall and confirming / stopping the leak if there was one. He noted mold mitigation would require a change order if it was found. He ensured their plumber could be available to fix a leak quickly if one was found, which there was and he did. Ricky said their restoration crew (for wall repair, painting, etc) was booked out for the next month so if I needed that done quickly, then hiring a different contractor would probably be the right call, which I appreciated.

Ricky L made sure I was kept abreast of project progress, explained issues found and explained options to help me determine how best to proceed. He was very responsive. Honestly, it was a breath of fresh air to have contractors who knew what they were doing, executed competently, and communicated effectively. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will absolutely use them in the future.

We had Robert as our Oregon Restoration manager. He was fantastic. He kept in constant contact with us, and tried to let us know everything as it was happening and what was going to happen in the near future.
He helped us understand how much things would cost and helped us understand how we could keep costs down ourselves
We did some upgrades, since our house was almost completely emptied, due to extreme water damage
All the workers who came to work on our house, the plumbers, the electricians, the Packers, the unpack, the painters, the people who did the flooring, all of them did great great work.
I would highly recommend Oregon Restoration if you should need help as we did.
