H2O is hands-down one of my favorite thrift stores! One of the things that really sets them apart is their commitment to reducing waste by salvaging and reselling furniture and home remodeling items. They take in things like light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, and so much more—stuff that would otherwise end up in a landfill—and give it a second life at super affordable prices.

I’ve personally bought multiple sinks and faucets from H2O, and the quality and value have been amazing every time. It’s such a great resource for anyone doing home improvements on a budget, and it feels good knowing that I’m supporting a place that values sustainability and reuse.

Highly recommend checking them out—you never know what gems you’ll find!

Please stop ruining your items by marking them in permanent marker. NO matter what you say, you cannot get this grease pen off of this lamp. All of the staff that was actually kind is gone now too. For far too many years the quality of this shop has gone downhill. Unfortunately it’s now filled with only basic junk that you’d find for free on the sidewalk at the end of a garage sale. I miss the days when I would find treasures here when passing through this small town. Also, you have what you consider to be “antiques” priced so sky high that no one would even buy at an antique shop for these prices. See the example in the photo. Shop elsewhere everyone. This is no charity shop. This is called pure GREED. This community deserves better.

When I first moved to Oregon over two years ago, this one of the first thrift stores I was told to check out. It was great. Although it does close unreasonably early in my opinion, they had fair prices, and really nice employees back then. That said, the last couple times I have visited, I've been disappointed. The prices are nearly up to Goodwill prices! Might as well go to Goodwill since they're open much, much later, they provide excellent customer service, and they allow returns for store credit. They also have rules for employee purchasing which is a must for the integrity of any thrift store. Plus, there only a very tiny clothes section that you can access except on Friday and Saturday? Something like that. Crazy weird.
I want to love this place again. Hopefully they begin to remember who they are, and who they're serving (people at or below poverty level) if we had money, we'd be shopping online, or at Washington Square - let's be real here!
I also hope they get some employees/volunteers who are kind again - kindness goes a very long way in any business.
