We purchased a leather stressless combo and received as scheduled. We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

We had a great experience at Dania. After 4 other furniture stores with pushy or nonexistent help, we were very pleased with the customer service we experienced at Dania. With their help, we found exactly what we needed to provide ample seating for our smallish living room. We love our new furniture and have received compliments from everyone who has come over. Dania will be our first stop next time we’re furniture shopping.

Our home is full of Dania products...from rugs to living areas to dining room to bedrooms! Each one unique and comfortable! The service is excellent and the sales staff very helpful. Our favorite place to shop.

I went here a few years ago. As a 6+ figure earner who wears non branded clothing. The customer service could use some tender love and care to say the least. They treat you like a bum when you walk through here without pre paid order or knowing EXACTLY what item you would like to buy.

We bought this wall art and it looks great in our living room. We ordered it for pick up at our the nearest store to us and it went smoothly. It was well packaged and in great shape. We’ve always had a positive experience with Dania.
