Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. Purchased 3 watches from them, all at very good deals. I never tried their Service Center. I had my vintage watch out for service with a different watch service center, for almost 8 months and they couldn't figure out what is wrong or find parts for my watch. I took the watch to Estates Consignments and I had it back in 2 weeks, working perfectly at a very decent price. I will bring all my watches here from now on. They called me with an estimate the next day, and they would fix it faster but they needed parts. Super fast and very good job!

Recently, I took my wife to see a couple of items for our anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. I think I have found my new consignment shop! The gal who helped us was very kind and took an extensive amount of time working with us, showing us the right bands and genuinely giving us one of the best experiences I’ve had in retail in a while! We will be going back! We both enjoyed our purchases!!! 🙏🙏🤩🤩

There was no one in there and I can see why. It's a creepy place with scary employees and scary vibe. When you enter you are greeted with a sign in big red letters that they can refuse service to anyone. Behind the sign is an unfriendly man with a giant gun on his hip who asked me "can we help you?" I should have turned around and walked out but instead I explained in my bewilderment and anxiety that I was looking at furniture and felt the need to ask "is that all right?" Then another man proceeded to lurk around behind me like I was some kind of criminal. It was not to be available for questions, it was clearly a form of intimidation in case I decided to stuff a sofa in my purse. Beyond the new stuff I found some nice, reasonably priced items that I would have purchased but there's no way I would give that place my money. I should clarify, I'm a 56 years old woman. I couldn't tell if they were just mean or racist or traumatized by past experiences and felt the need to treat customers like potential threats. Whatever the case, it was such a bizarre experience, I'll never return.

Very nice store, tons of items, new and old, fairly priced. The furniture seemed very good quality, was looking for a dining table. The staff are friendly and the young lady helping me was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back!!!

We had a terrific experience working with Rubener at Estates Consigments. Rubener provided an incredible level of service that we never expected. After explaining to him that we needed to furnish an entire house and we only had 16 days, Rubener jumped into action. He came out to the home, assessed our needs and returned a week later with a truckload of furniture. He did a great job of bringing together a couple of different design elements. We are happy and grateful and will return to see Rubener whenever we have furniture needs.
