Went in ten minutes before closing and was sent away. Open sign was on and the guy behind the counter said nope. Leaving Bend in the morning so this the only impression I have. Business that have posted hours should be open for those hours. Not just when it’s convenient for them. It’s still before their scheduled close hours at time of posting.
