You should remove the big sign that says “restrooms” if you don’t intend customers with their small children to use it. It’s pretty crappy when my kid pees his pants in the store when an employee tells me that the bathrooms are no longer for customers. Do better.

I used to love this place, but it's gone downhill very fast. Especially after they got rid of a bunch of furniture floor space and added the barely functional self checkouts.

I was trying to get help at a checkout because the item I had was missing a price tag (which is extremely common at this store). The singular employee in charge of the 3 working check stands wouldn't help us at all. I tried waving him down and he looked right at us and just blatantly ignored us. Then went to help someone else with a missing price tag. When he came back he started helping a different person with a coupon. Again I tried to get his attention and then he started helping a 3rd person, all people who asked for help after we did. I don't understand what I did to get ignored like this, especially since all I did was press the request attendant button and wave at him.

Maybe he was just busy and didn't notice us 4 times in a row but if that's the case, the store should have some of the roaming employees around the store help checkout when it's busy. Or just bring back the cashier checkouts.

Likely won't be returning back, at this point the store is beyond the point of return. Goodwill will always be the Superior choice since they didn't decide to torpedo their business.

I came in for the first time yesterday after dropping off a donation. At first I was impressed by the organization and selection, but was ultimately let down and will not return. The absence of fitting rooms, chained off restrooms, and weird interactions with staff all communicate: leave your dignity at the door. I get that their motivation is to prevent shoplifting, but in doing so they are just going to alienate the caliber of shoppers who have the choice to take their business elsewhere.

Tuesday is Senior Day. I was just shopping and it’s 95 degrees out. An old woman was standing out front with her carts and clearly needed help. I saw an employee tell her to pull her car around and go back inside. I got out of my car and helped this sweet woman to her car. She said “last time I was here and they told me to pull my car around I came back and someone had stolen my bags.” Do better. $7.49 a shirt and tons of able bodied kids working and not a single one of them has a conscience to help an old woman to her car. I called and talked to a manager that sounded 12 years old. “Oh no. I’ll talk to everyone.” It should have already been a discussion that in this heat seniors and disabled people need help. Especially on SENIOR DAY!

Shop at goodwill, or red white and blue [on 99E Gladstone] if you want GOOD stuff for cheap. This one isn't so much a value, but so much a "dump" and I absolutely HATE how they turn away electric scooter riders. If they want to have their scooter with them and not leave it outside to get stolen, they should have the right. This store discriminates e scooter riders, as I'm one myself I'm horrified by the service of this place. Do not go here.
