I found Randall and his team very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They made a stressful situation easy. He and his team handled everything from start to finish. Randall was very responsive to messages and always friendly. They seemed well organized and experienced. The home was left in good condition and they donated the remaining items for me. We made more than I expected.

I was nervous about this whole experience, my husband had a negative experience with another company a few years ago, but Randall and his team were great. I would recommend them to anyone needing estate sales services.

My family was so fortunate to be referred to Randall Lewis at Joslynn House Estate Sales. We needed a business “estate” sale for my parents’ water well drilling business that had over 60 years of tools, equipment, and miscellaneous pipes and fittings. There was also several vehicles and various machines. It was overwhelming to my family. After the first meeting with Randall and seeing his excitement for the project, we felt a huge sense of relief. His team was able to sort and stage everything in short amount of time. After the sale we were so happy to learn they clear out everything we did not want. They cleaned all the shelves, cabinets, and floors. It was wonderful. We highly recommend Randall and his team for business estate sales. Randall communicated really well with us every step of the way.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK WITH THIS ESTATE SALE, ESPECIALLY SENIORS. Absolutely horrific experience with this company. My senior parents met with them and trusted them as they said they work in the name of the church and built trust during their meeting.

Our experience with Randall made us feel robbed and scammed. We met with them and had a few discussions where we were told all about their company and association to the church. We were told the process and told we’d get a spreadsheet with all sale items etc. we did the sale, left everything from furniture to new refrigerators and so much more. We confirmed that once the sale is over they won’t donate anything until we can decide what we want to keep from unsold items. Once the sale was completed, we made less than half of what was expected from our conversation with them and EVERY SINGLE item was donated before notifying us or allowing us to look through what remained. The “spreadsheet” simply had a total and no other details or itemized list. The entire process and sale days are done in the shadows with no receipts or details and they even ask you NOT to come to the house on the estate sale days, which now makes sense since we realized it benefits them to work in the shadows because once it’s done, it’s done and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Very disappointed, my parents still talk about how hurt they are about the way this unfolded and feel they can no longer trust these kinds of services that say they work with the local church.

Five stars+ for Joslynn House Estate Sales! I highly recommend Randall Lewis and his team if you ever need to liquidate the contents of a home after a loved one’s passing. They were honest, professional, fair, and very hard working. During what can be a very stressful time, it helps so much to have competent and capable folks like these who know how to do estate sales and take care of everything, from start to finish!

Wow. All I can say is how thankful I am to this ministry. My first call with Randall I thought this is too good to be true! They did everything they said they would do in a timely and respectful manner, the house was filled to the brim, and they left it empty. They are professional, extremely efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing to do an estate sale. In addition, they do this to support their ministry which is a great opportunity to join into.
