Brian and his team are simply AMAZING! They are so helpful, so smart about their craft, and a pure joy to work with. While they were very busy and had a long backlog, the results were worth the wait. DO NOT RUSH the finished product by going somewhere who can complete your project fast...it isn't worth it. We absolutely LOVE how all of our chairs and barstools turned out, especially the parsons chairs. I highly recommend them!

Reupholstered our mid century couch that has been in the family a long time. Before the couch was sagging and ripped- but no longer! Went from black vinyl to this beautiful orange fabric. So thankful to keep this piece going.

Brain and Joe are wonderful to work with and did an amazing job on my family's heirloom child's rocking chair! They where VERY knowledgeable about the materials used in the late 40's and new exactly what I was explaining from my Mom's memory of the original look of the chair and they got it perfectly! I originally reached out to several reupholstering companies and Kepler's was the only one who responded and they responded promptly and provided a great price and were always helpful and kept me up-to-date on what was going on and even took photos through the reupholstering process and shared them with me and, my family loved seeing them as much as I did. They even accommodateed my special request NOT to repair the damage on the rocking arms as I wanted to keep some of the family history of use as well as being flexible in letting me make corrections as I clarified things with my Mom and getting back to them with the corrected information. I will take all of my future reupholstering business to Kepler's as they are wonderful people who do amazing work!! Thank you Brain, Joe and craftsman!

We went to Kepler's for the first time (a recommendation from my mother-in-law who is extremely particular about her furniture) to discuss rebuilding and reupholstering a couch. I brought the measurements and we discussed the process, timing, and cost estimate. We also discussed fabric options considering we have pets. We borrowed 3 books of fabric examples and colors to try at home. Went back about 5 days later having picked the color but not sure about the fabric. We also brought in two cushions (at their request to examine the filler) and a throw from the couch to ensure the fabric color we chose at home looked good in a different light. The owners were very helpful confirming the color and showing us examples of the fabric used on other furniture in the shop. (Their work looks really beautiful). Although very busy, they spent as much time as needed with us. Be prepared to wait many weeks to get on their schedule and for a down payment of about 1/3, but so far we are very impressed with this shop and pleased with our selection. I'll update this review once our couch is finished.
Update on 2/9/21:
We received our rebuilt and reupholstered couch today, 2/9/21. It was finished in the timeframe originally estimated and just slightly over the original cost estimate (because of a cracked support rail that required replacing). For about 30 yrs old, our couch looks brand new. It's beautiful! High quality work and beautiful craftsmanship. It was an investment to extend the life of a quality piece of Ethan Allen furniture and it's ready for another 30 yrs. We're so pleased. Thank you Kepler's!

Kepler's was recommended to us and we can see why! We have a neat old chair that needed new cushions. Brian and Joe were super easy to work with. They were very helpful and were able to get the work done early. Our chair looks fantastic- the cushions are perfectly fit to the chair, and they even cleaned up and treated the wood. It looks great. This will definitely be our go-to for any other upholstery needs.
