Lovely showroom, but that was the highlight of our furniture buying experience from them.
Purchased a sofa a few years ago that had a cracked arm within months, took a ridiculous amount of calls to get somebody to come out to inspect, took even more phone calls, emails, etc to get anyone to do anything about it. Repair person essentially said it was a faulty sofa, but Dania had them repair rather than replace sofa.
Springs are now poking thru on one half of sofa now and had the same issues with scheduling. Repair person again states this shouldn't be happening this soon. Takes 3 weeks to get any sort of response from Dania after that visit. Rudely told there was nothing they could do, point blank. No offer to repair, replace, or even offer to charge for a repair. Just told nothing to be done.
Spoke to their rude District manager who is just as surly and unhelpful as the rest of this place. Cant state how rude they all have been. In the end was offered 20 percent off something new, but at this point why the hell would we want to ever go back there.
