Lovely showroom, but that was the highlight of our furniture buying experience from them.

Purchased a sofa a few years ago that had a cracked arm within months, took a ridiculous amount of calls to get somebody to come out to inspect, took even more phone calls, emails, etc to get anyone to do anything about it. Repair person essentially said it was a faulty sofa, but Dania had them repair rather than replace sofa.

Springs are now poking thru on one half of sofa now and had the same issues with scheduling. Repair person again states this shouldn't be happening this soon. Takes 3 weeks to get any sort of response from Dania after that visit. Rudely told there was nothing they could do, point blank. No offer to repair, replace, or even offer to charge for a repair. Just told nothing to be done.

Spoke to their rude District manager who is just as surly and unhelpful as the rest of this place. Cant state how rude they all have been. In the end was offered 20 percent off something new, but at this point why the hell would we want to ever go back there.

I've been shopping at Dania for over 25 years, and have always found some great furniture at very reasonable prices. Picked up three really nice bar stools in the basement clearance area a few years ago. This latest visit was to replace my aging desk chair, and they had really nice and varied selection to choose from.

Bought a couch at Dania Furniture that was delivered in March. Unfortunately, the couch has proven to be wildly uncomfortable. Anyone who sits on the couch ends up sore afterward. I hoped that it would get more comfortable as the couch was broken in, but the opposite has happened. I called and asked if the couch could be returned and was told that the 14-day return window had passed. While we have shopped at Dania Furniture before, we will not again. The customer service at Dania is non-existent. I would encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Rufus is the man!! So helpful when we were choosing our couch. Came in over two days after measuring and looking at swatches. We custom ordered the Ingrid in navy blue, took three months to receive but it is gorgeous and we absolutely love it. Worth the wait.
The support from this team is great and this is our second purchase (first was a dining table).

Great customer service and helpful staff. We went in to browse sectional couches and found one we absolutely love! A range of affordable prices all throughout the store for durable, high quality furniture. Highly recommend this Dania location in the Hollywood district
