Seamless and easy experience. I was looking for a cow print chair and they were able to find a hide (sustainably produced, and I was even able to pick out the hide) the couch is very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I never knew custom furniture could be so easy and cost effective! Highly recommend.

We love our Perch sofa! I stopped by and Trish, one of their interior designers, helped us pick out the perfect sofa and came by the house and helped me pick out paint colors too! Why we love small businesses. The sofa is comfy and we got an easy to clean fabric which has survived several spills already 💯

1. Perch furniture is well-constructed, beautiful and classy. Several years ago I ordered three pieces, and have been so pleased with them that I purchased two more.
2. The people at the Perch store are knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful. If you know exactly what you want, they will bend over backwards to make it happen. If you are in the throes of decision-making, they are patient and supportive.
3. I live off the beaten path, but was still able to have my furniture delivered to my door by a very congenial guy.
4. The whole experience with Perch was enjoyable I highly recommend this company.

Everything about the experience was great. Amelia was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about the sustainable materials available. We talked about cat-friendly materials (read: what our cat won't tear to shreds) and spent a lot of time talking about cushion firmness, width, different kinds of feet for the chairs—everything! We've had our leather chairs for a few weeks now and they're really comfortable and look great. We got exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier.
