I went to a sale by this company for the first time and it was terribly organized. Some stuff priced, some not, and the waits were so long. Over an hour to check out and they didn’t even try to count up people waiting to make it go faster. What’s worse is that after I got home, I realised they charged me the wrong amount - 30 dollars more than what I was told and from what I got. I’m even wondering if the charges are correct too. Now I’ll have to go through everything and double check, then go back there and hope they will refund me. I thought maybe the house being packed and the super long wait made it a bad experience but after seeing my charges, I’m definitely not going back to their sales. :/
Edit to update that they did honor the correct price and refunded me the difference after I returned. They were very apologetic and recognised the first day was more chaotic than expected.

Great Estate Sale this weekend. House was full of treasures, went on the first and last day and was happy with both purchases. Large house filled with items with minimal walking room on the first day. She kept it very organized so we wouldn't walk all over eachother. Look forward to your next sale!

I’ve found some really amazing things at Sutton Estate Sales this year. The two sales I went to even had half-price on Sunday so I went back the following days for even better deals. I love my mower that was used only once, my vintage wool coat, and my sugared fruit ornaments for my living room birch tree. The items are clearly priced and seem fair for the most part. The hold process and checkout are efficient as well. Definitely worth checking out!
