Tony Abrams and Miwa Soto helped me feel safe and calm about the financial aspects of my dad's passing. Tony listened carefully, answered all my questions, and provided further resources. High points included Tony's diagram of assets on the whiteboard, and all three of us finding the funny side of Dad's handwritten additions to the POA making it unenforceable. (That's Dad!) I went to Brett Callahan with my daughter for advice on wills and other planning issues. She had actually researched professional services and we decided to go to Nay & Friedenberg and Brett Callahan. Our experience was excellent. Brett explained the tradeoffs involving wills and trusts and we both elected to have him draw up trusts. He and his first class staff made the process painless even to the point of preparing letters to our several financial institutions which made the actual implementation quite easy. Our interviews were very efficient and addressed issues that I frankly had not even thought of. Having Brett Callahan on our family team has been positive for our family. We intend of course to go to him in the future if the needs arises.

I have to add that when I shared my experiences with at least two friends with difficult financial planning issues involving young and disabled children they worked with Brett and the feedback I have received was that they were quite satisfied.
