Downs Auction handled our auction and it was the most organized, professional experienced we have ever had. They set up and displayed all items in a logical manner. The auction itself was conducted with precision and accuracy. The clean up of trash was awesome and you couldn't tell 400+ people had been on property.

These folks are amazing! We had an estate with a house, vehicles, tons of tools and other items. They handled everything. It was so easy to liquidate. I just handed everything over to them and they took care of it. In no time at all, everything had been sold and the estate had the money. I highly recommend them!

My mom owned a historical commercial bldg that had held my parents business for nearly 50 years. After my father passed away she decided to sell. I live out of state (GA). The property was listed for 2 years with two realtors with no success. We called Larry at Downs auction. He agreed to assist us and traveled an hour to meet with my mom and view the building. He advised us that our best route was to auction it as he felt it would be the most profitable. We were concerned at the risk of an absolute auction , but we agreed to do it. If I was going to sell my estate, this is who would handle it. Larry, Brendan, Kelly, Dusty and DJ are the best. They will get you top dollar for whatever you have to sell. While treating you with the utmost respect. The lady assisting the auctioneers is super fun too. Downs is top notch.

We went to the Frances Creager estate sale yesterday and these guys were GREAT! Very personable and funny! Very organized and answered any questions given. We had taken our 14 year old grandson and 11 year old grandson and they are hooked ! Want to go to more auctions. It was a good experience for them. One grandson purchased 19 coins for investment, the other a T.V. haha 5 star rating ! We will be watching for more auctions in our area and have told our son when we go, hopefully not soon tho, these are the people to call.
