Construction excess is donated here. Those items are in turn sold. Earning funds to help build low income housing. For those that need it.

Had those lil extras for a little. Had a bathroom rescue where the cast iron tub fell thru the floor. Full removal of existing bath even flooring studs, plumbing, everything, gutted, jacked up, reframed, rebuilt, Bam! Built this vanity out of an old door skin for the veneer $10, solid oak doors $2/each, sink countertop $10, mirror $10, Lamp fixture $10, towl rack $5, paint $10 +, trowls for flooring and drywall, drywall tape, paint rollers... all sorts of goodies. Thank you guys!

Title: Habitat for Humanity’s Requirements Are Too Restrictive for Our Community

I used to admire Habitat for Humanity’s mission of providing affordable housing to families in need. But after digging deeper into how they operate and reading accounts from former employees, it’s clear that their restrictive requirements are only part of a bigger problem—they don't actually aim to uplift communities; they seem to care more about their own pockets.
In this area, the narrow income requirements exclude many people who are struggling. You either don’t make enough to qualify or you make just slightly too much to get help. This approach is completely out of touch with the economic realities of our region.
What’s worse is hearing from people who’ve worked inside the organization, like one former employee who shared that only 20% of the money raised actually goes toward building homes and helping families. The rest lines corporate pockets. Instead of focusing on those in real need, they choose families that will bring in good publicity—like single moms with kids who are about to head off to college—while those in dire need are left out.
These practices have left a bad taste in my mouth. Habitat for Humanity's slogan, "Everyone deserves a decent place to live," feels like a farce when the organization itself is more interested in profit and image than truly helping low-income families.
I no longer believe they have any real interest in uplifting communities. If they want to be true to their mission, they need to overhaul their entire approach. Until then, they’re leaving far too many people behind.

It's always great for me. Find all kinds of good stuff that ended up installed at my house. Latest new air fryer and vacuum packer working like Champs!

I trusted their tested policy, bought and installed an over the range microwave. Guess what after hours of scrubbing off all the grease it didn't work. Naturally I was upset. I asked to speak with the manager and said after hours of cleaning and installation issues the start button didn't work. I explained I was extremely frustrated. The manager dismissed my concerns and accused me of being snotty and said I didn't clean it. I scrubbed all the grease out which took me hours. They also accused me of using it even though they couldn't get it to work. I would never shop here
