Extraordinarily unpleasant people. We needed the wood frame of an upholstered settee repaired, so messaged this business first on account of our preference for supporting small local businesses. No response. Not in any of our inboxes, not in our spam folders. Messaged again, no response. Messaged a third time, finally got a response (in mostly capital letters, with exclamation points) to the effect of "how many times do we have to tell you, we don't do that sort of work, go bother somebody else." You're in the service industry, learn some rudimentary etiquette. Never did get to use them for any repairs, glad we didn't, and advise everyone we know to similarly avoid them.
