Great service and a great price on an in stock Ashley furniture item saved me an extra trip or waiting for delivery. The fact that the sales people are not commissioned made me feel no pressure to buy. Awesome staff! My mom loves her new comfy power lift recliner.

David and Victor are a pleasure to work with. We were able to find the exact same couch that we were looking at from another show room for almost 50% less. They are caring and considerate, and you really get the feeling that they have the customers wallet in mind when they price their products. We had good conversation and walked out with 2 new pieces. I had the pleasure of working with Lance, we got new Stanton sectional custom made. The cushions were not what we expected and Lance went above and beyond and found a solution to make sure we were happy with our sectional. Lance is truly an asset, he’s very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Lance made sure we were happy with what we bought.

Greg and I were out shopping for a new couch & love seat with recliners. We went there 1st and walked around and Salesman Steven walked up and asked if we needed any help. We told him what we we looking for and he showed us what he had. He did not hover / smother over us, he let us look and if we had any questions to get ahold of him… We reality like this one combo set with the adjusting lumbar… Greg and I went to every furniture in Bend to check what they all had, we even drove to Redmond to look there also… After 4 hours of looking we could not find anything that was close to what Furniture Outlet had and the price. We found Steven again and asked a few more questions about this set..we were happy with what Steven told us and told him we will take this set. He even gave us a small discount for coming back and buying. I hate salesmen hanging around ya it just make me not wanting to buy from them…Steven is a great salesmen and lets ya make your own decision with out the pressure from a salesman hovering over your every move…
He got us a delivery date scheduled and can’t wait to get our new furniture…
