You better hope you never have a problem with this guy Jake Cheechov -- oh, like they gave your paid for items to someone else when you arrive to pick them up! The auction was in July and I have yet to receive a refund after REPEATED calls and emails! Just getting the run around like "I'm out of town, call me next week" or just stops answering my calls. But you better believe, you had to pay the money UP FRONT and got charged a premium to pay by anything other than cash (really? for an online only auction?). Anyway, let the buyer beware!

We recently had a auction held by this company; we never received any information about the results of the auction. Even after repeated attempts to contact Jake he would either not answer his phone, or would email back with "I'm out of town, follow up with me on Friday."

I've purchased several times personally and also my husband has for his company and always had a great experience. The auctioneer is knowledgeable, has great follow up and is reasonable in buying terms but also provides a lot of knowledge and experience when we were sellers. I continue to check in on upcoming auctions and love the online auctions now with the convenience of previewing everything from home.
