Lance and Tara and their team are amazing. They are professional, hard working, and very timely with response and turn around time. We were in a tough situation, cleaning out a family members home, with difficult landlords, and they made our job beyond easy! We can't thank them enough! Definitely drop by their sale or look them up when you need their services.

If I could give Lance 10 stars I would. He and his team were so easy to work with as we had to empty my mother’s house after she passed away unexpectedly. He was amenable to working with me long-distance as I do not live in Oregon and kept me informed every step of the way. He even managed to sell my mother’s 20+ year old car which made my life so much easier. He and his team left the house in great condition after the sale. One of my mom’s friends attended the sale and said it was the most organized estate sale she had ever been to! Cannot recommend Ionic highly enough.

Lance & his team at Iconic Estate Sales were excellent. I worked with him remotely as I am in Idaho, and my aging parents are in Medford. He handled the estate sale from A to Z, taking the burden off of my family and allowing us to move forward with the sale of the house and simplification of their estate. I cannot say enough good things about the service he and his team provided. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an estate sale.

After a death in the family, we had limited time to empty the rental unit & garage. They were filled from top to bottom with 87 years of stuff; some very valuable, mixed with lots of "other." After some family sorting, Ionic came in and saved the day. With a team of 4 they were able to accomplish the impossible: organize and clear everything out within a day! When they say they'll take care of it, they keep their promise - extremely dependable. We HIGHLY recommend Lance and his crew.

Their green sale signs point the way to a good experience for both seller and buyer. After over 20 years of going to estate sales in the valley, I believe Ionic sales are certainly #1...for both sellers and buyers. The sales are well organized, professionally run, prices are fair, staff is helpful and efficient...and owners Lance and Tara are focused on making each sale an enjoyable and rewarding experience. The long lines at the start of each sale confirm that they are the best in the valley.
Staff members Debbie and Zach are excellant at providing you with useful information to help you decide on a purchase.
